I have a low current flow (2-3 milliamps)between battery plus and the battery cable. Can't find anything in the wiring diagram...any ideas?

2-3 ma is low to normal leakage. You're going to get minor leakage through the alternator diodes, among other places. But nobody can guess where this leak is. If you're committed to finding it, your going to have to track it down. First thing to do is to pull all the fuses, one by one, to see if it goes away. Then disconnect the B+ lead on the alternator, taking care not to let it short to ground. Then make a list of all remaining unfused circuits...there are a few, and check those. Are your sure it's worth the work for 2ma?
