Chip--did you see the part where I suggested reading an owners manual?

Chip--big pull out handle on the dash beside the glove box marked choke. Perhaps the surround is gone but it is the mirror of the heater controls.

George, tks for getting back so quickly. regarding the choke --where is it ? I would have assumed it was under the dash but could not find it.

Chip there is a choke.Iwould strongly suggest you get an owners manual and read it. By blindly going into the driving you will have a lot of questions and more than likely do some harm. JCNA has owners manuals here nin the shoppe!
