On my 95 V12 I have I think an ongoing charging problem, but not really sure. On start up I run 14.3 volts but when engine warms up it goes down to 13.2 volts and with lights and AC on goes down to 12.6 volts. Last week I checked all pullys, belts and the dump module and they seemed fine. I installed a rebuilt alternator and replaced the battery but I still have the same problem. Some say this is normal but if I drive it a distance only putting 12.6 volts back into the battery I dont know how the battery will stay charged. It has never failed me but when warmed up and trying to restart it gets mighty scary sometimes and only restarts at last moment.

Charging reading are from a volt meter at the battery

charging problem?????
Just to make sure, are your readings from the dashboard gauge or from a known-accurate volt meter?
Cheers

check the bulkhead connectors for clean tight connections
