I am restoring a ÔÇÖ53 Jaguar Mark VII, I bought an interior kit from SNG and after installing it I have questions about the inside of the boot. In the middle of the two pieces that cover the inside of the lid there is an oval hole which exposes the wires and bulb for the license plate light, what covers that opening or is it left open? On the floor the mat goes to the raised area in the back of the car where I believe the jack is located, how is that area finished? The inside part of the lift over has a number of openings which the tail light wires run, should there be a panel that covers that section, or painted and if so what color?
Thanks for any information,
Fred

George,
Thanks for the information, IÔÇÖve gone through the material I have and the only reference I found to a boot lamp was on how to replace the bulb, which was simplistic with no drawings or pictures. Do you have an idea as to where I could find pictures, drawings or where one could be purchased along with how is it turned on?
Thanks,
Fred
