There is an outlet on a valve on the air cleaner housing that seems to call for a rubber hose (not the 2" corrugated heat tubing). If a rubber hose does connect to the valve on the air cleaner where does the other end of the hose connect?

Dennis that hose goes to the thermal valve in the center of your air cleaner housing--when you find that you will notice there is a second pipe tat the vac source comes from. That is on the manifold.
