My 1995 XJS Conv. 6 cylinder has a slow a/c leak. After having it charged a few times, I am considering using a sealer, such as 'Super Sealer' to fix the problem.

Martin, certainly--yes.
My better half's Van had a leak for over a year. I used sealants that were available on the shelves a couple of times, but after a few months the leaks returned. so, I won't use the sealants on the shelves again.
I was told that one of the local auto stores (would rather not mention names) had a commerical sealant which was kept in the rear that they sold to repair shops . I asked for the sealant and was sold a can. It has been a little over a year and no return leaks.
So you might give that a shot. Just go in and say you bought a commerical sealant a while back that came from the back, but can't remember the name. You might get lucky.
However, if your leak - leaks the coolant quickly, even that won't work. The fact yours is a Jag and my wifes Van of course is not, it won't make a difference. A/C's are A/C's. Nothing more or, nothing less.

What kind of leak are we talking about, sealants can be used on some outer low pressure pipes but no where else, why arent you considering fixing the leak properly?
