Any suggestions for a modern spark plug I can use in my '74 E-Type V12. Car still has original plugs with only 11K miles, Already updated the Opus ignition.

Wow! 40 years and 11k miles.
Howard, I would use the same plug that came out of the car. A word of caution would be to use plenty of penetrating oil, and let it soak for a week before attempting the removal of the original plugs. The last thing that you will want is a broken plug.
