What is the deal with door arm rest?
My '71 OTS does not have them and I have no holes in the door panel but the IPL parts list shows them. I have seen numerous examples of both; with and without. I don't see much need for them but if they are supposed to be there I would like to find and install them.
I have contacted the previous owner but have not yet heard back from him.
In the meantime, what recommendations are out there for locating a LH & RH set for my cinnamon color interior?

They are the same as Series 3 (and Morris Ital/Austin Allegro come to that). Fit with two screws slanted upwards from underneath into tapped holes/captive nut inserts in door frame. Good luck on colour as dyeing them is a poor substitute (the dye wears off due to heavy rubbing contact in use). Fit with wider part to the rear. My two 69s didn't have them and I retro fitted to both as they are very handy for a door pull, never mind anything else.
