Did Jaguar ship cars to North America with a set of jumper cables without the tool kit? I have seen others that have the same type of cables and was wondering if they came with the car.

Howard no cables were part of the car. An easy way to check things is to refer to the parts manual. If it was part of the car an owner would be expected to be able to replace that item if lost/damaged. Best of luck.
