If you are going to be an AGM delegate, please go to the AGM page and fill out both the AGM Registration form and the Delegate/Proxy Form. They contain different information and we need both forms.
For clubs who do not plan to attend, please assign your proxy to either someone from another club who is going or to your Regional Directors.

If there is something you, or anyone else would like to add, please let me know.
As per the bylaws, the cut off for adding items to the agendas is Feb 6th, 45 days before the AGM.

I wanted to know as our Board will not be meeting until Feb 13th and I wanted our rep to be aware of any positions our Board may wish to express.
