phillip taxman's 1939 SSJaguar 2 1/2 Liter Saloon (look at gallery, pre xk)
if you don't mean a particular car, it would probably be the xk120
Welcome Hannah. I would say my favs would have to be the Series 1 XK-E, closely followed by the D-Type and XK-SS.
