Recently I needed to duplicate the seat adjusting levers BD 3258/3259 on an XK 120, since the originals were so badly pitted-plating would indeed be a tall order.
They were hand cut out of the original .125 steel and were an absolute pain to make! After 6 hours of detail work, they look just right.
My steel supplier can produce a program which would allow him to laser cut these pieces in less than 4 minutes each--to my knowledge, no one is reproducing these items yet.
It seems like it would make financial sense to have 5 left and 5 right levers made up to begin with. The program apparently costs $ 100.00 to $ 125.00 to set up--after that, it's only the cost of the steel and a bit of labor to run the program.

SNG Barratt sells them for $36, so there's room to make a bit of money. I think the R&L are the same cut with opposite bends.
