After no luck finding aftermarket wheels for my Big Cat I likely will try to spruce up the existing ones. They are really rough looking and need cleaning up. I have seen photos of the same wheels where the rims are actually shiny. Suggestions?

If any machining needs to be done it'll be enlarging the center holes to fit the rather large-ish Jaguar hubs. Routine matter for a machine shop. I had it done to a set of aftermarket alloys for my old XJ6. Gave 'em my Jaguar spare wheel for measurements

The 4.75" bolt pattern is 120.65mm. You'll get mixed opinions on using 120.00mm wheels.

Cheers

George, Your car has a standard 5x4.75 or 5x 120mm pattern. Same as a Chevy. The later XK8, XJ8 and XJ6 had wheels that will fit. 16, 17,18 & 19" x 7"&8" widths. Later cars came with a 5x 108mm pattern. Shouldn't have to machine any wheels. Good luck. Tom

Thanks, but not what I am looking for if I make a change. Not a concours car, but a driver. Really like the old American Racing classics. ;-)

1990 convertible, that has the big hubs. Very few aftermarket wheels will fit. Thought about having some milled out to fit, but just not sure what does to the integrity/strength of the wheel.
