I am replacing rubber, etc. on my Mark's windows. There is a "fuzzy strip" which appears to go on the exterior side to wipe the glass. Is that correct? It seems to me the exterior glass wiper should be rubber and interior cloth. The old ones do not have any "fuzz" left, so this is a bit of a guess.

I just checked my 1961 MKIX with original window dressings and there is a "fuzzy strip" or wiper on the outside of the window as well as inside. There is a hard rubber strip that runs the length of the door above the wiper on the exterior.
