I'm removing the rear bumper to fit new weather strip. When removing the side nuts both side bolts have spun free on the inside. I can reach the right side but the left is giving me trouble because it is behind the fuel filler tube. I removed the left tail light which allows me to see the bolt but I can't get a wrench on it. Any suggestions on removing and/or re-fitting?
Thanks

Funny as it may seem, I did not loosen the left bolt. I loosened the two rear bolts and cut the bolt on the right side. This allowed for quite a bit of play. While the bumper was loose I was able to work the weatherstrip around the left side by moving it around. After working the weatherstrip around the entire bumper I snugged the whole assembly against the body. I guess I was lucky because it turned out great! (I replaced the right side bolt with a standard bolt washer configuration.) I hope this helps!
