And George Camp, you may have something since a third pedal was added along with a new bracket, etc. at the foot of the steering column.

Dumb question, but are the horn ground wire and fingers fairly easy to access? I am not as agile as I once was ;-). A horn circuit shouldn't be that complex by golly... If all else fails, back to my tech I guess...

George you have had some major work in that area (transmission change). I would start by checking that the ground wire and fingers on the steering column are in place and working.

If not the relay are there other things that I should be looking at?
Thanks.

It is where both George & Art have said, the relays are inward of the fuse holders and it is the second one from the front. I think the four relays are all the same, if so, use one to check if is actually a relay problem.

in my book it indicates that it is on the LF front wing. next / alongside to the fuse box it appears and being the centre relay..... good luck Art

Bob did you not find it on the LH wing --very forward-under a cover (black plastic).
OK, nothing to do with the manual trans...was simple as it turns out. A blown fuse. I checked one fuse box but didn't know that there was yet another one! Tech checked it, found the culprit, changed the fuse, all is good.
