Jim Hendrix responded to Steve Ferring's insurance concern regarding the JTC Tour to the point that any event sponsored by a JCNA club comes under our JCNA coverage. Each individual should execute a JCNA hold harmless statement (see example in Concours entry Form 5) and that the car driven by the member carries nominal liability insurance.

Sanctions: Concours, Slaloms and Rallies are events that lead to score compilations and JCNA sponsors an Award program to recognize entrants competitive accomplishment. The Sanction process was established to give due notification of such events to all possible constestants and to control the scheduling so as to avoid interferance of dates that would detract or lessen an individuals opportunity for participation.

Daniel's right! From the picture, it looks like you have the beautiful soft Pale Primrose, which is almost impossible to reproduce. (At least many of us have seen numerous repaints that lose the character of that color.) Steve Weinstein's car is very much like yours in terms of color and character of color. He is forced to repaint now because of the deer incident. We're hoping his shop will be able to redo the paint without losing that unique ccharacter. He's got an excellent guy on the job, so if you DO need to repaint yours you may be able to benefit from his experience once the Mellow Yellow Deer Slayer is finished.

Regards,
Warren
