All concours results that took place prior to mid september have now been marked official.

However, a few JCNA numbers are still missing and those participants are not included in the standings.

I found a number of them but those still missing do not appear to be current JCNA members.

It is important for each club to take a look at their result and if a JCNA is missing to look into it. It could be a renewal which fell thru the cracks or something but these members will not be included in the standings. As per JCNA Concours rule, clubs must submit JCNA numbers on their reports.

Once results are marked final, they cannot be edited so you must email me the missing number.

Concours which took place in the past 30 days are not official yet but please review them for missing numbers and edit or email them asap.

Finally, with the end of the season approaching fast, many many many members are watching those standings. If your club is holding their sanctioned events in the weeks to come, please report your scores as soon as possible after the event takes place.

Participants in events will appreciate it and it will also make things a bit easier for us to publish the final results in a timely manner.

Dave

check with Carl Mottayaw 9mottayawatmidohio.net) of the cent Ohio club. he has developped a very nice application which does everything from preregistration to reporting.

it exports afile which I can upload directly into the system so that it doens't have to be typed in.

Speaking of which Pascal, would it be possible to add the capability to upload a file with the results rather that entering using the on-line method?

I am in the process of automating the Concours reporting so that would save time and lessen the likelihood of error.
