Im still hoping someone out there knows of a GOOD mechanic in /near Sturbridge to work on my XJSC.

Sorry, I can't give you the name of a mechanic in that area. You might try contacting either JANE or Jaguar Club of Southern New England (check contacts on this website). Someone in one of those clubs might be able to help. Alternatively, try contacting Stew Jones. He's primarily into Ser. III E-type restorations, as I understand it. But he's highly respected and very well known, and he might be able to point you in the direction of a good mechanic up that way that can help you with an XJS.
