My heater works, but it won't blow out on any settings, Hi,med,lo I checked the fuses in driver side kick, passenger side kick, and the fuses in the arm rest? Are there any I missed? If not what could this problem be? Thank you for any help

There are printed circuits on top of the blower motors, one each side. Sadly they are unprotected from any moisture that enters the heater air intake, and the drain tubes are easily blocked.

You need to remove the fans and check the boards and motors. I'm told Saab 9000 fans also fit.

While you are in there, make sure the drains are clear...

Since noone has answered this post, I'll try to:

how do you know the heater works if it doesn't blow air at any speed ?
does the a/c blow cold air at different speeds ? If neither heater or a/c blow any air at any speed seems to me you have a dead blower motor or a dead or disconnected speed selecting switch ? I only know Series 3 XJ-6 (1980 thru 1987), so I can't be of specific help with the '92, but the principle is the same: a Speed selector switch activates the Blower motor which runs at different speeds moving air through the evaporator which may be circulating Hot Coolant or Refrigerant Gas/Liquid, depending on what's "ON", (i.e., Heater or A/C), so the air then gets heated or cooled. If none of the fuses look bad, substitute them anyway, sometimes they look fine but are blown. Last resort, pull the blower motor out, test it straight from the battery with a couple of wires, but watch your fingers, if the motor is good it can chop your fingers off because it will run at max speed during testing. (and hold it down good before you touch the GROUND cable to the battery, it will want to take off on its own).
