I have just purchased a '71 series 2 roadster. It came with a manual for a late series 1 or 1 1/2 car as it shows the toggle switches, 3 carbs and 4.2 l engine. Can anyone tell me where to get an owners manual for the series 2 '71 model. I will gladly trade my manual for the correct one.

Download the Series 2 Judge's Guide on the Concours Page of this website and you will find a detailed discussion (comparison) of the 5 different owner's manuals that came with the Series 2 E-Type. Do be completely authentic, you probably need the last one - (154/5?) these come up from time to time on E-bay.

Look in Hemmings Motor News under Literature. There are a number of sources for original and reprints of those. autoworldbooksataol.com 805-987-5570 has an extensive list.
