1953 (april) XK120 OTS Recently -seeking information /contact with someone on how to and where to mount lap type seat belts in this model.

The basic solution is to bolt them to the (vertical) panel directly behind each seat using some very large diameter washers or wide metal bar reinforcement on the back side of the panel.
