how do you remove the trim piece on the side of car behind rear window. want to paint the car but need this removed. i took out the iner trim and dont see anything holding it on

the small arrowhead shape piece is retained by a nut inside the body, reach ibside the trunk as far as you can in that area and you may just be able to reach it. It is abour 5/16 or so, Art
