The coolant leak I have only leaks after the car has been driven, last weekend 200 miles, parked, came back the next day and there was about
1/2 cup of coolant on the ground,,,I can't tell if it is from the over-flow tube or what is going on. There is coolant in the header tank
up to the 2nd knuckle on my index finger, is this too much?Does this sound like a bad water pump?The pump is not making any noise, the car runs perfectly.

You need to have the system pressure tested. You may have a bad radiator cap.
It is most likely overflow, next time after a drive put the tube through a foam cup and see if it is there. Jaguar affectionado and etc.
