Hi all, has anyone experienced an erratic clock display light, some days it will come on and some days it won't. Doesn't appear to be any kind of pattern to it or significant relevance to any other component being used at the same time, all help is welcome thsnks. Its a 92 XJ6.

There is no charge for jag lovers membership but if there was it would be worth it. Many people make donations as the value is worth it, Jaguar affectionado and etc.

Hi Rhiannon, thanks for the link, sorry didn't reply sooner but have been out of town all week. Unfortunately I can't access the link at Jag lovers, they want me to join a club I guess before doing so. What ever happened to good old fashioned "help" without the commercialism eh ? Oh well, I appreciate your assistance anyway, thanks. I'll keep working on it .

Paul,

Here is a link to some online instructions on Jag Lovers for fixing the LCD Clock. It's not a professional fix, but it works. Hope this helps you!

Hi back, yes the car came with a gold package on the grill and the door handles (lifter only) and the badges and trunk latch. It does look pretty nice I must admit. Just the right amouunt of gold with the chrome to look good without being too much. Getting back to the clock light, it seems to me as if it's affected by temperature at times, but I might be getting paranoid by now too. Have a good day . My Cat came back !

I have a 93 XJ6 that looks exactly like yours. Don't have your light problem but I like that grille.Did it come like that or did you purchase it? Be patient on your light thing here, these guys have seen everything...ED
