hi..my car failed the ma exhaust emission NOx with a reading of 3.34 out of an acceptable limit of 3.00 - my hc reading was .75 (limit = 2.00) & the CO read 23.76 (limit = 30.00) - any help would be greatly appreciated -

Quite possibe, but first check that the timing isn't too far advanced and the mixture isn't too lean.

I'm fairly certain you need a new catalytic converter. Your car has two of them. The one in the front is usually the one that needs to be replaced but if I were you, I'd replace both of them. The rear one goes for a little less than $200.00. If you purchase an authentic Jaguar one for the front, these run upwards of $500.00. You can find aftermarket front converters for between $200.00 and $300.00
