I own a 1968 OTS. The seat back adjusters are worn. What is the process to remove the seats so that I can repair the adjusters?

Move the seat fully forward. This will expose the back of the seat rails, which are attached to the floor with a single machine screw each. Remove the two screws and pull the seat cushion reward. The entire seat & rail assembly will disengage from the front hold-down tabs and can then be removed. wjd
