1991 XJS Classic collectors edition
Is there a website I can go to that will give me the name of a given Jag color IE: SDE with AEE trim ?
Is the convertible top replacement beyond normal garage weekend mechanic? If so where can I get the correct one installed ? And what does it cost approximately?

AEE is leather / Doeskin
For the hood, I'd get a copy of the service manual which outlines the proceedure and then decide if you can do it yourself. If your not avove average it's doubtful. I think the heritage trust has the manual on CD.

Thanks James for the info. I'm a bit dumb when it comes to Jaguars but I have restored many cars in the past but never had to put a convertible top on. I'll get the manual and make a decision about that. I always figured that whatever anyone else can do I can too with the effort. Just the engineering background in me I guess :-)
