Weird thing is that I consistantly get offers for my 86 jag. So I am juts curious what is the resale value? I bought from a estate sale for a very good price. Guy has all maintenance receipts and I basically can see the history of the car. Car is Immaculant, Original everything. nothing missing, chrome is in pristine condition. Paint is original and fabulous (amazing for it being so old). Car was always garaged and has a clean title. Has 90k original miles. Its that metallic blue color with the brown leather interior (seats are in excellent condition). Even still has the stock stereo in it and a spare tire that has never been used or taken out for that matter. And the trunk compartment is clean enough to eat off of.. The car amazes me to be in such good condition to be as old. I really love this car and it is not for sale, but I was just wondering on its monetary value.

Kelley blue book say 4k. But sometimes that lies. :)

Check out the going prices on e-bay. It will give you a good idea what the market is willing to pay for a car.

You might even list your car there with a very ridiculous reserve to see what the max is people are willing to pay. Another benefit is it will expose your car to many ore people for a low price!
