I am running a small but profitable business in Wales, UK. We specialise in the sales, maintenance and restoration of Jaguar cars, namely the XJ6, E-Type (XKE), XJS, XJ40, XK8 and the XJ (X300 X308).
My role is to keep a watchful eye on the workshop, run the sales department, handle the buying for the used car sales and just the general day to day running of the business, which to my credit, earns the owners a comfortable living.

Anyway, IÔÇÖm thinking of returning to the United States to further develop my career, but stay within the Jaguar mark. After all thatÔÇÖs the part I really love. Like most of us I grew up loving Jaguars.
I say returning to the United States because I spent some of my school life in Florida following my fatherÔÇÖs job arund the world.

I would be most grateful to anyone who has any advice for me. I have too go, IÔÇÖm delivering a 1994 XJS celebration to a Canadian family in Piccadilly, London. ItÔÇÖs a hard life.
Thanks for the help.

Brevan,

I know several people there, and contribute to that magazine. I don't think we have the same type of thing here, and the bi-monthly Jaguar Journal publication is very club related, smaller, and less advertising-intense than JWM.

Write me offlist and I will share some job leads with you.

Bevan is not all that English I afraid. ItÔÇÖs more of a welsh surname. ItÔÇÖs only advantage being, I not yet met any other person called Bevan.
The place in London was called Piccadilly. The car I took up was a 1994 celebration, 4.0 litters, AJ16 engine, beautiful

Job leads would be most helpful, thanks. I like the central Florida area very much. IÔÇÖve tried looking for employers there online, but with no result.
Here in the UK we have a magazine called ÔÇÿJaguar World MonthlyÔÇÖ thatÔÇÖs a good place to find specialist jaguar garages and therefore employers. The magazine is independent of any club. Is there magazines dedicated to jaguars in the US?
I know you get the annual magazine with JCNA membership. Would it be worth me joining that?

Hi, Brevan,

Welcome back! Florida is my home state and I love it here. We have lots of Jaguar owners, dealers, and repair shops. We could always use more talent in the central Florida area. Are you looking for job leads or what?
