After a thunderstorm the other day, I noticed that after parking the car, the right hand side 'blower' of the A/C system did not shut off. The A/C shut off but not the blower. I had to take out the fuse in order to turn it off. The fuse is still good. I assume that water somehow made its way down the vents on the hood and created a short. The electric motor still seems to be in good running shape. As soon as I plug the fuse back in, it starts again, engine off or on.
Any ideas what I should look for?

Blower/A/C
I may have just the opposite problem. I can't recall ever hearing or seeing my fan work. It did work when I bypassed the relay. I replaced the relay but still no fan.
Sorry for not being any help to you. Any ideas on my problem?

water must have got in the area, possibly the drains @ each side of the cowl area, pull rubber tubes off either side of the engine / bay and check for flow and debris
