Has anyone had problems with their heater core? I have an 88 convertible XJS. When she gets warm and you stop, all the antifreeze comes out from the bottom in the area of the passenger side by the dash underneath. Someone said it may be the heater core. Could it be? If not, any other suggestions that it may be?????

Thank you so much for the reply. Couple of questions, is this common?

Heater Core
Most likely IS the heater core

Fairly common, yes. If its leaking, its bad.
As far as ease of replacement goes, well, its easier than on some jags (and many other cars) but still a bit of a job......probably 4-5 hours labor for a reasonable DIY person who has never done it before.
