do any of you have any tips on adjusting the doors of an XK?

I hoped you might get some response as I was interested for my car. The problem is adjusting for the wear in the hinges and the lock mechanism. My left door lock is totally worn out and I have been searching for a new one without luck. Regards Jaguar affectionado and etc.
