the radio turns on, all the functions are working, seek, Am, FM, WB tape goes in and out, but the antenna does not erect and I have no audio. All fuses are fine.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance.

There are a couple of possibilities. First though, there are two wiring setups, depending on production date.
If your car's last six of the VIN are 190528 or earlier, there is an override relay that causes the antenna to retract when the boot is opened, as well as the delay realy. It is conceivable that one or both is bad.

BTW, the antenna fuse is in the boot, did you check the correct one? Replace the fuse to be sure and also check that there is power to the fuse.

If your car is later, you have six wires going to the antenna. One is pink, and should be 12 V at all times. This is connected to the rear fuse box.
You have a white, and a white/pink wire. These should have 12V when thje ignition is on.
There is a yellow greenm, which should have power when the radio is on.
There are two black wires which are ground.

Hope this helps.

Have someone listen to the antenna when you turn the radio on and off (remember, there is a delay for the antenna to retract). If the motor is working, you have a bad mast. Easy to replace.

I had that problem with my 94 when I bought it. I found I was able to pull the mast up and push it down manually. Replacing the mast took care of the problem.
