Thank you for help. I have saved a '67 2+2 from the crusher. The car had been under tarp sittingon the dirtbehind a shed. The engine and trans were gone, as was the floorand rockers. I am using the roof, deck lidand interior ztructure. The finishedcar will.look like Trans Am version on an E type. Check out my thread at allmetalshaping.com in the automotive sectionthe thread is '67 Jag T/ A - GT1.

The intention is to maintain that iconic look of an E type.

Mike not sure what you are working on so it may not matter but any measurements from the ground would assume that the car is sitting on stock tires and has proper TB adjustment. Good Luck

Mike,
Ground up to the top edge of grill opening trim 21 1/8"
Ground up to the bottom of the headlight trim 18 1/2" (harder to determine due to the bumper arrangement).

Would anyone owning a series 3, take a tape measure and measure frpm the ground tothe top edge of grillopening trim and then measure from the ground up to the bottom of the headlight trim? Then post those 2 measurements for me?
