How do you remove or replace a starter motor when you have an automatic transmission? The upper bolt appears to be inaccessable from under the car.

I forgot to mention, it is a 1974 E type V12.
The bolt is accessed through the firewall fro inside the car.The hole should have a plug in it.Also get a mini starter.Les.W4MGB
