I have a 1954 Jaguar XK120M, which is very hard for me to drive simply because I am not small so the steering wheel has to go. I've researched, but am still not sure what to use, but I lean toward a 16" wheel with a 1.5 inch dish. With the stock wheel I just do not have room for my legs so I can drive the car. I've looked at the Moto-Lita wheel as described above, but very pricey. I could get a 15" wheel, but I'm afraid it would be hard for my wife to steer. It is supposed to be her car, and the stock wheel may be fine, but there are times when I will drive as well.
Anyone have any idea what would be the best thing to do regardless of price?

Steering Wheel
Larry the optional bucket seats fix that issue--not cheap but a sure fix.
I have the same problem, at 6'2" and 210 lbs the steering wheel blocks my access to the clutch pedal. Is there a fix? concours or not. Surely some other full grown member has solved this problem. This is not my wife's car.
