If you had to have your E type engine rebuild? who? why?

All,
If you had to have your E type engine relooked and possibly rebuild, who would you suggest? I am on the east coast but open to all states if in dire situation I decide to have the engine relooked and analyzed by some jag restoration and that's all they do is engine rebuilds and other necessary upgrades. I am not looking for concourse,but I know there several companies that offer different levels of rebuillds. I am looking for a decent, reputable company that can make the changes and back it up with their reputation and warranty. I know these can cost $$$$$$$, so I am open to what your thoughts and or experience.I am looking for driving dependability, not interested in street racing or heavy modification. Once again, all input is appreciated!
