I'm looking for some help on removing the lower heater transfer
pipe. I have removed the top two pipes but the bottom pipe doesn't
want to be pushed thru the bulkhead. The left (driver's) side can
be pushed almost all the way in while the right side feels as if
there is something behind the pipe and doesn't move more than about
1/4 inch. And yes I have drilled the rivets out. So if anyone knows
the secret perhaps you could share it with me. Thanks

Heater Transfer Pipes
I just removed all the pipes this afternoon. The bottom one needed to be turned (down I believe) as it was being pushed back.I had also removed the vacuumn pipe also. Hope this helps.

Eureka, the transfer pipe is out. The secret is indeed to remove the vacuum pipe to leave room to maneuver the heater transfer pipe. Thanks Joel.
