purchased a new pump from xk limited in calif.there are 2 openings in top pplate 1 for fuel,1for 12 v power.can't stop fuel from comming out around the power wire .there is a 3/4'' bushing nut & a brass sleeve tighting the nut won't stop the fuel.anyone have a solution or point me ina new direction? leonard magnusson

My fuel pump is external so I can't draw from experience, but if you can get the power lead components apart, try using clear silicone sealer on the bottom side and on threads.
