XK 150 and 140 tri-carb conversion

I am considering converting an XK 140 and/or an XK 150 to tri-carbs from their original dual carb setup. Will certain manifold and setups work better than others? Do I need a setup from an XK 150 or can I use one from an E-type? Thank you.
