Since I have Sealed beam headlights, judges have not tumbled to the fact I have LED"s in the tail & brake lights. They are just interested in the fact they light up.

Who would know if you have LED's
As long as your lights illuminate you have met the requirements.
Nobody is going to ask you to remove a lens to see what kind of
bulb you have.
I have been using LEDs for a few years and never been asked.

To answer some of your questions:
Color of Dynamo body and protector sleeve? BLACK
Boot prop rod color? "Dove" Gray
Bonnet prop rod color (mine came to me chrome)? "Dove" Gray
Are tire irons in tool kit - not in parts list? ??? NO ???
Should tail pipes have separate chrome extensions? NO - the last 12" of the tail pipe is Chrome plated.
What is proper color(s) of bonnet safety hook and latch assembly? I believe that the bonnet safety hook and the latch are cad. plated, though the base of the safety hook may be body colored.
What is proper color of seat runners? The seat runners are "cadmium plated".
The boot latches are also "Cad. plated".
