Please, please please please...Can someone help me.
I have a 1995 XJR with 87000 miles showing. All was fine until I started the car after doing some shopping. The car felt as though something was wrong. It didn't have the normal power and at tick over it felt lumpy. My local garage that I use is only a small two man outfit but I like to use them as it keeps business in the village where I live. I do have the car serviced at a main dealer but like to use these people whenever possible. The mechanic say's the car is running on THREE CYLINDERS ONLY. He seems to think it is something to do with the electrics. But we are having to wait for our local Jaguar club to send a CD showing the diagrams. but in the meantime I thought I might just ask around to see if anyone can throw some light on my problem.
