I believe my internal slave is leaking...has anyone ever removed one of these boxes to do a clutch job....I have a repair manual on its way but I would also appreciate any 1st hand knowledge of this job...I have already purchased a LUK full clutch kit, and filled the transfer case with 75 - 140 synthetic gear oil, so that part is done..It was almost empty...the cooling air deflector was also missing ... I am sure this contributed to the lack of oil in the transfer case...I made up one from an old licence plate...bigger than the original so this will help keep the oil cool for sure...
