Did you ever find one?
I will be doing a similar restoration on my '66, but also, presently am in search of the route for the wiring to the hand brake wiring ... the switch is missing, and I will be replacing it and want to find the wire that should have gone to it. I assume it was routed along the tunnel, on the driver side, but would like to know for sure.
