On my '71 E Type 2+2 there is a double wire connected to #7 fuse that keeps blowing. When separated one wire goes to the fuel pump and doesn't short out. The other wire must go to the Voltage Regulator for the Gauges, as they are not working. Do I have a bad voltage regulator? If so, where is it located? If not, any suggestions?
