Guys: My diagrams show the fuel pump being fed from the "upstream"
(white wire) side of fuse #6, but I don't think it matters one way or the other. I believe that the problem is that a load on the "downstream"-after fuse #7 is drawing too much current. There are three loads plus the voltage regulator:
1. windshield wiper
2. reverse light switch
3. tach.
My money's on either the wiper motor or reverse light switch circuits being at fault.
