Jason Rudd, when removing the chrome that is held in place by the windscreen rubber, first cut the rubber with a razor blade. Don't try to pull the chrome out, it will bend the chrome & never fit back in. You will be throwing the rubber away anyway. Installing the glass & lock strip is easy. Installing the chrome is the hard part. Don't let them just pull the chrome out without first cutting away the locking rubber..
