What's the best method of checking to determine if the front rotors are actually warped once they have been removed from the wheel hub?

There is no easy way once they are off the car. They really need to be on the flange they ride on to take the measurement. The link below is to a bulletin that has lots of info on diagnosing the Brembo brakes you have. It's tedious; but effective.
