I am not sure if this is something feasible or not, but I want to get my mom a ride in a early 60's E-Type for Christmas. She fell in love with the '63 in 1963 and has always had a dream to own one, but it was just not possible. She is now 73 and still dreams of that car.
I have been looking into trying to rent one but I cannot find one local to So Cal, (she lives in Covina). If anyone out there owns an E-Type, (yellow is her ideal car), and wants to make my mom smile for the rest of her life I would be happy to pay for the ride, this is only for about an hour.
Or if anyone knows if there is one local that can be rented, please let me know.
